Hi, I’m Erin.
I think a lot; I always have. I’m one of those people who can lie awake for hours some nights, simply because I can’t turn my brain off.
I’m a recent college grad, with all the excitement of a young, poor, twenty-something, and all the stress of a young, poor, twenty-something. I graduated from a Christian liberal-arts college, which didn’t help (or alternatively, one could say did help) in the thinking-a-lot department. I’m a native-born Chicagoan, and returned to the city after graduating to work at a health center in an under-served neighborhood on the West Side.
I think about a lot of things. Some favorites are: life, my city, theology, the Church, feminism, food, and books. I’m a Christian, a pacifist, a feminist, a cook, a reader, a writer, and (trying to be) a listener. Chances are, you’ll get some of all of this on this blog, and maybe more.
Very thankful you do think a lot, and from what I have been privileged to read thus far, your thoughts are certainly worth sharing! Thank you.
